Welcome to our Policies Section. Here, you'll find all the important information regarding our rental terms, including booking procedures, payment requirements, cancellation and rescheduling policies, safety guidelines, and more. Please review these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience with Bouncing’ Buddies.

Retainer/Deposit Policy

To secure your bounce house rental, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your time and date. If you need to cancel, the retainer is non-refundable but transferable to another date within 6 months. Please note that the retainer ensures the availability of your selected bounce house and is essential for our scheduling and preparation. Reservations are NOT held until the retainer is paid.

On the day of your event, the retainer will be applied as your deposit. The full rental fee is due before installation on the day of your event. The deposit is refundable if the rental is returned clean and intact.

Weather Policy

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and the safety of our customers is our top priority. If inclement weather is forecasted on the day of your event, you have the option to reschedule your bounce house rental, dependent on our availability.

Notification: A notification will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled event if a reschedule is necessary due to inclement weather. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date based on availability.
Reschedule Window: You may reschedule your event up to 6 months from the original date, subject to availability.
Retainer Transfer: Your initial retainer will be transferred to the rescheduled date. If the rescheduled event is canceled, the retainer will be forfeited.
Weather Conditions: Inclement weather includes heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or any other hazardous conditions that may compromise the safety of our equipment and your guests.
Final Decision: The final decision to proceed or reschedule the event due to weather conditions will be made by our team to ensure safety standards are met.

Rescheduling + Cancellation Policy

If a reschedule is needed please provide a notice of two weeks prior to your event to ensure proper scheduling. If booking is cancelled less than 7 days from your event, you forfeit all monies paid and a new retainer must be paid for a new rental date.

Delivery + Set Up

We will deliver, set up, and inflate the bounce house at the agreed-upon location and time. Client is responsible for providing clear access to the setup location and ensuring that the area is free of debris and obstacles. f any prep work/ clean up must be done by our team prior to setting up, there will be a $50-75 fee due in cash prior to bounce house inflation.

Damage and Cleaning Policy

If our bounce houses are damaged and rendered inoperable due to negligence or preventable circumstances, a repair or replacement fee will be charged. Additionally, a cleaning fee may be applied if the bounce house is excessively dirty if general rules are not observed: no shoes, no food or drink, no silly string or confetti, no sand, no face paint, and no glitter. These rules are in place to ensure your safety and to maintain the integrity of our inflatables.

Safety First

At Bouncin' Buddies, safety is our top priority. We have a strict bounce house safety policy in place to ensure the well-being of all participants. The rules established are to protect all participants. We regularly inspect our equipment for any potential hazards. In case of inclement weather, our reschedule policy allows for flexibility. Safety Guidelines:

Maximum number of children allowed in the bounce house at a time: approximately 6-8 with a total weight limit of 280 lbs. This is to avoid overcrowding and injuries.
No shoes, glasses, jewelry, food, drinks, or sharp objects allowed inside the bounce house.
No confetti, face paint or glitter.
Adult supervision is required at all times, we ask that you do not allow children to touch the blower or power cord to avoid injuries or sudden deflation of bounce house.
We strongly discourage climbing or hanging onto the entrance/exit openings to prevent falls and collisions.
We encourage warning against jumping onto or off of the bounce house platform to prevent falls and injuries.
Monitor weather conditions closely and take appropriate precautions in case of inclement weather, such as high winds, lightning, or heavy rain. If weather conditions become unsafe, evacuate the bounce house and seek shelter indoors.
