Standard Policies

DEPOSIT POLICY
To secure your bounce house rental, a non-refundable retainer is required at booking. If you cancel, the retainer is transferable to another date within 6 months. Reservations are not held until the retainer is paid. On the event day, the balance in full is due before installation along with a $100 refundable deposit. The deposit is refundable if the rental is returned clean and intact.
For example, the rental is $150. A retainer of $100 is due to reserve your date, on the day of your event the client must clear the rental fee in full ($150), if the rental is returned clean and without damage the initial $100 paid as a retainer will be refunded.

WEATHER POLICY
At Bouncing’ Buddies, we understand that weather conditions can impact outdoor events. Our weather policy is designed to ensure the safety of our customers and the proper care of our equipment. In the event of inclement weather, such as rain, strong winds, or lightning, we offer the option to reschedule your rental at no additional cost. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date to ensure your event is a success.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
If a reschedule is needed, please provide notice at least two weeks prior to your event to ensure proper scheduling. If the booking is canceled less than 7 days from your event, you forfeit all monies paid + a new retainer must be paid for a new rental date. This policy helps us manage our resources + ensures we can accommodate all customers effectively. We appreciate your understanding + cooperation in maintaining a smooth scheduling process.
